yeah india does not come to mind when I think repressed society. EDITED - you know this is actually about the rating. I mean I read it as the movie could have it in if they accepted a higher rating but they want the 13+ rating. Still sorta wierd being it is just a kiss and 13 seems pretty old in that regard but it sounds like it could be shown if they just were willing to take a rating that only allowed older ones but I have no idea how the indian movie ratings system works.
