If he plays wilson, he honestly needs to be fired. This is coaching malpractice

I know it's hard to imagine, but ZW is the best QB on the roster, and he sucks, but it is amplified by the rest of the offense not doing their jobs, pretty much ever right now.
It won’t matter either way
Tim Boyle isn’t exactly going to fix things. This team is headed towards a big implosion it feels.
According to Jets fans, the big implosion already happened and it can't get any worse, so they should just play anyone else but Zach Wilson, lol. I suspect Jets fans will soon be reminded what 2-3 picks in one quarter of football looks like.
"We'll just have to see how many reps we can get Thomas Morestead on a short week"
I don't get the reluctance towards Siemian. He's not awful. He can at least manage a game.
saleh is just another solid DC not ready to be a head coach
I don't know how you can stand on the sidelines of this game and even say you are still considering Wilson as a starter. I foresee a bunch of players not wanting to stay next year if the coaching stays like this.
This is progress from Saleh, but Tim Boyle isn't exactly the answer either
Wow… I wish this came after the Cowboys game, or better yet, finding one of the dozen serviceable backup QBs that were available this offseason and the weeks after ARod went down instead of shoving the kid that was so bad he was benched last year down our throats.
The Jets locker room almost imploded on itself last season because Zach was so bad. They finally made the change.
I will never fucking understand how in the hell they saw what happened last season, how they avoided a toxic situation, and decided keeping Zach Wilson was the right call. All because he’s our QB for the future????
What happened last offseason was a mixture of incompetence, delusion and hubris. Zach Wilson makes the Sam Darnold era look amazing in comparison.
Pretty sure they decided he wasn't the answer and traded for a HOF QB
They should have stuck to that and added another vet QB after Rodgers went down and made a change at QB after Wilson struggled again
Who? I know people say dobbs but he wasn't available at that point. Wentz isn't the type we would bring in. That's why most teams avoided him.
Couple of weeks late huh?
I think he should keep Zach Wilson. I don't think he's gotten a fair shot. He should play exactly like he's played lately
10 weeks too late.
Woody Johnson had enough
Fuck it put me in coach
Does it make a difference?
I say this as a person who thinks Zach isn’t good: Boyle is garbage
Boyle only had a job in Green Bay because Aaron liked him.
He only has a job in New York because Aaron likes him.
He is a terrible QB, always was. He befriended the right person at the right place at the right time.
That’s on the GM. Everyone knows Boyle is bullshit. Their obstinate obsession with starting Wilson and not finding a competent backup has sunk the season for them.
That. And our awful wr room. And our awful Oline. And an OC that is, uh, rather predictable to put it nicely.
In general, our offense should be illegal.
People say that but look at the eagles, chiefs, bills, browns. None of them have good backups.
I knew i'd find a niner fan in here speaking up for Saleh haha.. I agree with you btw.. I think Saleh has been forced to keep Zach and he's just been trying to make the most out of the shitty situation..
At this point, does it really matter?
It's mind blowing that this team didn't make any moves at the deadline to address the QB situation. Zach Wilson is just terrible!
