I've trained myself to target every audience, but for some reason, I cannot connect with an Asian audience. I sell hair care for a living. Our dominant audience is Black, White, and Spanish, but when it comes to Middle Eastern, Indian, or Asian audiences, I feel like we're dropping the ball. I've changed my sales pitches multiple times as well as tried to learn more about that specific culture, but at this point, I am burned out.

We make and sell curly hair products, and I would love to show that demographic how we can provide something that their culture may be missing.

Tell them a high price, and then negotiate. The three groups you mention want to negotiate for a good price and are less likely to buy unless they feel they talked you down.
