Are there any good options for a UPS with smart outlets that are not crazy expensive?

I want to get my devices on 6 smart outlet surge protectors I use for other things, but you are not suppose to plug them into a UPS. And UPS with smart outlets, are just so much more expensive and don't always have energy monitoring.

Are there any good solutions right now? I have a KASA HS300 which I love for my 3D printer and other devices but all my servers and PCs are on UPS devices.

Don't use a surge protector to connect to the UPS.

Get some smart plugs, a couple power strips (not surge protectors), and an UPS.

Plug smart plug into the power strip and power strip into the UPS.

Solved.

You could look into a devices like the Sonoff Basic R4 or Shelly Plus 1 Mini for making a few devices switchable.

But for your PCs and servers, a UPS that does alerts over USB or serial will let you use a script to shutdown in the event of a power outage. Can relay that to other systems on the UPS too. Wake On LAN to get things back online.
