Does anyone have a good idea if these exist? I’m looking for a pair that doesn’t rely on a phone or mobile device.

yeah, they exist! there are binoculars with built-in cameras. they're not as powerful as professional gear, but they're great for casual use. you can find some with decent picture quality too.
