Was Tom brady good or did he decline I didn’t watch the Bucs so did age get the better of Brady or was it the Bucs team that made him decline. Brady numbers last year were still good. Do you think 2022 brady was good enough to lead a team to a championship or not?

He was still pretty good but the supporting cast wasn’t there and he couldn’t carry everyone so he ended up being very conservative and just cruising. Maybe a fringe top 10 quarterback but the Bucs had no bite to them and weren’t good enough consistently to extend drives and score.

So there was the narrative that the OC and scheme were trash and were not setting the team up for success. They would be crap all game, get to the two minute drill and switch to Brady calling the plays, and suddenly be able to move the ball and score. He was not a world beater but definitely good-great still. The team was rough though, they couldn’t run the ball at all and had quite a hard schedule.
