because its really really hard to get consistent. The ball is rolling off one hand, completely out of sight, so there is just such a small margin for error. practicing a sky hook means skimping on practicing something, well... more practical

Him Kyle and Derozan are way to good of friends to be competing against eachother. They just fuck around all game. Right after that flop on Lavine he went straight to Derozan to explain the flop in detail.
The mics for the Chicago announcers had some technical difficulties last night and cut out for a good 2 minutes in the game. This play happened right in the middle of that announcer blackout, so it was nothing but the sound of the ball bouncing, sneakers squeaking on the floor, and then a super loud "SKY HOOK!" out of nowhere. It was glorious.
Jimmy Butler is solid gold and will forever be one of my all-time favorite NBA players.
It was indeed hilarious - I was watching on a NBA League Pass feed (DirecTV Stream) and something was goofy on the stream in an few different places and this one was perfectly timed. That's the best part of watching Jimmy - you just never know when something goofy is going to happen.
