The lions being the second best team in football is insane to say out loud
They arenβt. They have an easy schedule and the only good team theyβve beaten this year was the Chiefs minus Kelce and Jones.
I donβt think theyβre better than Baltimore
Lions will fold.
Eagles probably guaranteed the number 1 seed tonight since they already have the tiebreaker
Brian Johnson better skip the celebrating tn and get straight back to work u fucking clown. That being said, 9-1 baby. Iβll take it
Brian Johnson spent two weeks putting together a game plan for the chiefs, and that game is what we got. Maybe he needs to stop working so hard and start making shit up.
The Goffense still has a shot at the number one seed
One away playoff game for Patty, please
Nah
How the fuck did they get an Eagles and Niners game scheduled this late into the season and not put it on primetime. What morons
I like it
It's so funny that we're the 1
Not worthy of a post
The Zach Wilson led-Jets being the one loss is hilarious. Just howβ¦
They are lucky
FIRST PLACE IN THE AFC YESSIR
AND THE TITANS WONT BE MAKING THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR PRAISE THE LORD THE BOOGEYMAN CANT HURT US
(pls donβt come back to this comment when the Browns win the division thanks)
Ah yes, the Eagles and Lions being the best teams in football near the end of November, like we all predicted
The last time the Eagles didn't have the best record in football was Week 18 of 2021. I have no clue how they keep winning these close nailbiters, but I'm loving it.
You can people stop acting like the MVS throw was perfect?
Dude had to leave his feet. Stop acting like Mahomes threw a dime.
So, after first place is a steep drop off. Got it.
Amazing the Jekyll and Hyde Seahawks beat the lions earlier this year in OT
Iβm praying and hoping the 49ers and Bills can dismantle the Eagles!!!!
weβre living in a time where the lions, browns, and jags are good and the patriots are one of the worst teams in the league
Next 4 weeks will probs determine whether or not we can get a shot at the 1 seed. Their last 3 are Giants, Cardinals, Giants. If they drop 2 or 3 (they most likely won't) of bills, 9ers, Cowboys, Seahawks we're in, but only if we make it through the rest of the season with only 1 loss.
Seeing as how we still have to go to Minni, Chicago, and Dallas? It's unlikely. Probs fighting off the 9ers for the 2 seed
I hate this. I hate this so much.
I hate that I have to defend Brian Johnson from other Eagles fans, especially because I don't think he's been incredible or anything this year but....
Holy shit some of you guys have no perspective! The Eagles, coming into this game, were scoring 28 PPG, good for third in the league. I don't like seeing the QB draws getting stuffed at the line either but you know what I do like seeing? When it worked on third down, or how about when it worked on second and goal? That was pretty cool right?
We were getting our asses kicked and outschemed in the first half by Spags. So you know what Brian did? Tried other shit. Yeah the WR screens did not work, but the middle screens to Swift were very effective. Hurts has the freedom to check at the line, he probably checked into some QB draws, he also checked into that deep pass to Smith (confirmed by Coach Sirianni) that set up the GW TD.
The best job by a coordinator this game was easily Sean Desai tightening up the gameplan and shutting down the Chiefs in the second half (aided by clutch defensive plays and drops by Chiefs WRs), but Johnson deserves some credit for being able to find just enough to get 14 points in the second half and help win the game. Sometimes you have to try other shit when things aren't working, and sometimes that shit also doesn't work. But I'd rather try something else than keep doing the stuff that got us seven first half points.
I ainβt reading all that
The Detroit Lions are a top dog? Not since Barry Sanders early years.
This is a sure sign of Armageddon!!
Every year they overload primetime games with some 'hot' offseason team, and it backfires. Last year it was the Broncos. This year it's the Jets. They need to learn to not put all their eggs in one basket because injuries happen
The Lions have a cupcake schedule.
Eagles could easily have a worse record, sadly that isn't the case
