Dime jokes aside, is he any good? Seems like he balled out at Penn State and he's just been a backup/practice squad guy since. I feel like a number of teams could take chance on him at this point, especially the Jets, but I never hear his name mentioned.

The best thing he did was stall enough so Lamar could do a superman return in the bathroom game

He isnt that great, he had a chance to be a hero against the browns in 2020 but tore his acl on that drive in what would become the lamar poop game

He's a tank commander for sure but he's just such a nice guy it's hard to shit talk him. Dude just loves playing football.

No he wasn’t that particular good in college either.

We had him here for a bit in AZ to backup Kyler. One thing about Trace is that he’s way small. He’s listed at Kyler’s weight, but Murray was obviously way more stout and muscular than him on the sidelines. As far as his skill goes, he’s 100% a QB 3. His style of play was a great compliment to Barkley in college, but he’s just not as big and fast as the other mobile QBs in the NFL. On top of that his arm strength is below average and is inconsistent when it comes to accuracy.

He plays hard though. He was a beast at Penn State no doubt.

If he was any good he would be on a 53 man roster.
