I have a Sennheiser Momentum 4, and it has an app with a 5 band equalizer, but I feel its not enough for me, I would like to have more control over especially the low end, as there is just a bass boost toggle and a 60hz slider, so everything around 100-150 hz doesn't get affected at all. Are there apps or programs that have more bands and are able to save the settings inside the headphones or is that only available in the sennheiser app itself?

Only in the app by the manufacturer. You might EQ on the source.

These options depend, and are limited, by the firmware of the headphone. You cannot just save whatever preset with a 3rd party EQ.

What phone are you using? Some android phones have OS wide graphic equalizers.
