If your team has only been on for 4 months and are having negative attitudes already, then something isn’t going right. Have you asked them why they are so negative? Could it be that you’re trying too hard to be cool, at the expensive of being a good leader?

Fire fast. Fire at the first sign of toxicity. Because it spreads and only hurts the business. You have to nip it in the bud.
In the beginning you want to hire the best talent you can. They are the foundation of your business and ideally you want to trust that you can groom them into higher positions so as the business grows you can put them in charge of hiring and training. etc.
A bad attitude is a bad start.
Fire them all, bad attitude is a real sign of incompetence.
Bad attitude is an illness that will never stop until everything is reduced to ashes.
Cut the infected flesh before the whole body succumb.
You don't have big customers yet, you'll manage on your own until you can get high quality employees onboard
Think how to replace the two employees with Gen AI tools. You are already in the same field it should be easy pizzy.
