Audio Technica's ANC900 is probably the only genuinely good sounding bluetooth pair I've personally tried. Somewhat harder to find nowadays (they are discontinued) but you might be able to find a good deal for them.

I bought the Shure Aonic 40's on sale for $100 at Amazon and they are decent! The Tozo golden x1 rocks.
