He knows Argentina beating Brazil away at the Maracana is as good as it gets.

Don't blame him. Leave before he inevitably tarnishes his legacy.

Unable to reject the advances of the Football Association of Ireland, good man.

Kinda see this trait in zidane as well. When you've had unbelievable historic success in your first coaching job everything else is bound to pale in comparison and the more you spend time you spend in management the more your reputation will get chipped away. I can understand the fear that would slowly creep in.

Let him. He's achieved greatness with Argentina and should be proud of what he's accomplished.

Seems to be something that happened between him and Tapia the president has made him very angry. Used to think it was him being nearly forced to speak out against privately owned club potential in Argentina but that has been dismissed

I wonder if he'll go to Saudi like Gallardo did because I can't see him going to Depor. But yeah, I think going away while you're at the top is always a good move since people have very short term memories.

Can't blame him. Once you know the Ireland job is up for grabs it's a free for all.
