Both the Chiefs and Steelers could lose a second consecutive game this week. For Kansas City, that would end a streak extending all the way back to September 2021.

This is genuinely one of the most impressive stats Ive seen regarding the current Steelers, if you had any doubt Mike Tomlin is a legendary coaching talent look no further

u/wavnebee Im confused, Eagles didn't lose consecutive games in that time span? They haven't since October 2021.

Is there a specific reason for week 9 of 2022 being the cutoff? I’m not complaining about it, just curious

I started with the past calendar year, and it was the same four teams. So I extended it back to week 9 to include the full streak (Detroit and Pittsburgh both lost weeks 7 & 8).

Eagles only lost two on a row in weeks 16 and 17 last year because Hurts was injured and didn't play

You’re correct! This list isn’t the meant to be the top 4 teams, or even the winningest teams, over that stretch.

Also, an impressive stat you may already know: Hurts hasn’t lost back-to-back games since October 2021
