Best tws for music and YouTube under 200 dollars (alien.top)

Recommend me the best of the best, the problem is I don't know how to chose the right tws, I have small ears. I remember a saying that the sound of Tws for a medium budget and high budget is the same, is this true?

I would go for the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They are not as expensive as the "audiophile" TWS buds, but perform really good soundwise, have pretty good ANC. Why spend more money on higher priced TWS, if you want sound improvement, buy a decent set of wired IEMs, they will sound better for the same money.
