Mine were out of warranty but they still replaced them.

I know lots of people recommend them but honestly they are utter trash when it comes to longevity. Mines didn't last more than a year and I just returned rather than getting the new version. Completely gave up on Bluetooth headphones because of these. You're better off with cable headphones and a BT DAC.

These are one of the few models in the market which have a super easy battery replacement tho

I don't know if it relates but same company, my Linkbuds S is having the issue where one earbud goes from 100 to 0 in about 30 minutes. The other one is fine with about 5-6 hours but after contacting support they won't do anything but recommend a repair center. I love the Linkbuds more then my xm4s but my xm4s don't have the issue yet so.

Sennheiser TW3s are on sale and are phenomenal. I can not exaggerate how good they're.

Check em out before you pull trigger on apple

You could buy another new set. I have some and wirelessly, nothing beats them to me. I use an iPhone as well. I haven’t tried the new 5s not sure how much better they are to these.

I own a pair of these and love them for their purpose (especially with EQ) but they're definitely finnicky and I wouldn't 100% rely on them. I wouldn't be surprised if mine died soon (had them a couple years).

I think if mine died right now I might get a high quality wired IEM even though it would be regressive in some ways. LDAC is the main appeal of these and I think only Sony supports it.

XM3's are superior in basically every way in terms of longevity, I have over 400 listend hours one mine, they have been dropped, scratched, and just been used and abused, and they still function without any problems at all

Mine died too recently :( Contacted sony and got a refund and return as well pretty quickly despite having them for ~18 months.

Decided to go back to classic IEMs with the Hexa and pocket the difference.
