Giannis is feasting on the space having Dame provides him as he continues his dominant stretch of 6 games at 60+% from the field. He also seems to have his midrange touch back after a down season last season (with a 9% decline). He is especially lethal on the left elbow, making over 50% of his attempts there so far this season.

Giannis is finally getting some room to do serious damage this season. Hope to see it continue.

Yeah man should be on the rise when it comes to mvp discussions. But somehow i aint seeing him at all.

Dont get me wrong, im a Jokic guy and i wanna see him win his 3rd, but i also believe that Giannis should have a chance at his 3rd too.

To be fair i do see this season as the season to decide who is the best player in the post Lebron era. Like Lebron is still playing, but he aint exactly the best anymore. Though he should get a ton of respect for leading a really good team even at his age. I dont like Lebron at all tbh, but i gotta respect his game thats aging surprisingly well.

But back to Giannis. I get that the Bucks have had a dissapointing start to the season given that they traded for Lilard, but now they are showing of that they are still amazing.

And Giannis is showing of why many consider him the best in the world.

So put some respect on his name...and please for the love of god dont make Joel Embid Jokices only competitor for the mvp again this year. That man is once more playing super well, but unless he wins a ring this year, i refuse to acknowledge anything he does in the regular season as legit.

People are underestimating Giannis efficiency and the way he opens up the game when they are discussing his shots "at the rim".

The reality is that Giannis rarely gets the ball at the rim. He actually gets it in the midrange or the 3pt line and gets at the rim by his own effort. Where KD, Jokic and Embiid take the midrange shot Giannis drives and gets to a dunk or a layup.

Those shots at the rim are not easy shots because the team moved the ball and made a good pass close to the rim. They are made easy by Giannis unique ability to penetrate any defence.
