I just think Russ is more suited to a bench role at this stage in his career. He has to be a sixth man and he shouldnt be finishing games. He's so good playing with PG and Thesis in the second unit.

The pairing of Russ and Harden is five years to late both men are past their prime where their weaknesses can be exploited.
