Man is just so good at keeping possession under pressure. What other candidates are out there?

Some immediate answers that come to mind are Steph, Kyrie, SGA, and Book

Kyrie definitely has better handles, that dude pulls something out of his ass on every drive to the hucmet, Luka isn't that far behind.

Luka is the best in the league at creating a good shot under balance from anywhere on the floor. He’s gigantic, strong, shifty, deceptively quick, and he has a deep bag of tricks. Yes my pick is Luka at having the best live dribble. The other choices are incredible as well but the patience really separates him for me.

I would say its not even close. Again not saying his overall handles are better than kyrie and the like but he thick and knows how to use his body to protect the ball
