It depends on where you are but it's generally super easy for underage people to get into bars
Just need something that vaguely resembles you on something that vaguely resembles an ID
Some bars have scanners now to curb this but a lot of bouncers just really don't care OR you could bribe them

considering josh kiddey is Aussie he prob doesn’t even care about the fact she was 16 given the aussie age of consent is 16 nearly everywhere

And this is why I don't even bat an eye on girls who look my age 23 who probably are 16-17 ((not that i get any eyes on me anyway))
ngl i was confused af because in europe the age of consent is fourteen and at least for my experience it's not a big deal, there are ton of girls around 16 staying with guys that are 19/20/21. still, if he broke the law, he needs to be rightly punished.
