I'm really curious how they can offer these deals. I purchased a Longines from a local AD last week and the best they could do was 10%. They claimed they could match other ADs, but when I just called and asked if they could match this 25% off, they said no. They said whoever this AD was "better be careful" because the swiss companies don't like to see their stuff discounted more than 10%. I didn't tell my AD the name of whom was offering it for 25% b/c they showed no interest in matching. Looks like I'm returning my watch to my AD and purchasing this instead. (And yes, I confirmed I have 30 days to return to my local AD.)

I have not seen any farer sales but I have seen lightly used ones pop up on ebay at a great discount.
They write on their website that they never do because they always propose the lowest price.

Starking is an inexpensive Chinese brand. (I own one.) Probably more expensive to fix than buy a new one.
