Ok so I’m 16 I’m just wondering the laws here, but if age of consent is 16 in Oklahoma isn’t it not illegal? Or am I missing something

Age of consent in California is 18... and even if did take place in Oklahoma, taking a minor from California to Oklahoma for sexual acts is violating a lot of laws too.

Yeah it was illegal and ultimately, he will probably pay the price. But if she lied about her age, which based on her tiktoks, she did, she should suffer some consequences.
