yeah this definitely happened within the last week or so as well in another arena (they used actual Xs and Os)

I've watched them play this during time outs at Amway for years, and in all that time I've come to realize that a very large portion of the population has apparently never played tic-tac-toe in their lives. Between not blocking and not completing a row to win, almost every instance of this fan game goes just like this video.
