The NBA needs to revamp the playoffs consisting of the top 16 in the league. (alien.top)

The In season tournament has been a great success and something to look forward. A great refresher would be to change the Playoffs by adding the top 16 team in the league regardless of conference. It's a small change that will generate a tons of more interest. Top 16 records get in the playoffs. Reward division winners with a guaranteed spot in the playoffs so that divisions remain relevant. The NBA is always open to change. This is hardly a change more like a tweak and I feel this is the next thing to do.
