Weed gives me access to a heightened state of creativity that is just locked away without it and I've had many moments when high where I think of a great idea, but usually I'll read it sober and realize it wasn't that great. I also remember hearing if you have a mystical experience on mushrooms/LSD your Big 5 trait Openness could increase by a standard deviation which would invariably increase your baseline creativity
I use drugs to help me reflect inward better at solving such problems. But finding problems worth solving requires human interaction and a sober state of mind.
