Hi guys, Cold Calling for me has become pretty lucrative, but it wasn’t always so. It took years of refinement and understanding date to get to my current state. Currently I work with around 7 brokers , 5 in Los Angeles, 1 in Hawaii, 1 in Nashville and the other in San Diego, my niche is cold calling luxury listings , I average 3 to 4 appointments daily, and for every 100 attempted contacts made, 2-3 hot leads. I can narrow down in the first 45 seconds if the potential lead is interested or not. And know exactly what questions to ask. I’ve been able to replicate myself and train a friend here in Los Angeles part time. I currently have 4 active luxury listings in Hawaii, 2 in Los Angeles and so on. Cold Calling is my passion, and yes the money is great , but the adrenaline of a phone conversion is better. 2/3 of my conversions comes from text messaging. I’m happy to share what I know and answer any questions.. Happy belated Thanksgiving

Awesome! Thanks for sharing! How many calls do you typically need to have with a prospect before they close with you?
