I know spo is a well respected coach but the last 5 minutes of that game was crazy. Josh richardson the only starter with negative net rating, lost all defensive assignments and contributed nothing offensively. Surely you can bring another defender in to stop a bucket or two. Towards the end, no one was running anything offensively. Everything was an iso, butler brick trying to draw a foul, bam brick jumper, rookie bricked, butler going for a 3 when needing a 2. (Heats had a timeout left but decided not to use it). I know coaches didn’t want to face a set defense but the defense was already set. You can call a timeout there lol
Tbf not calling the timeout there was the right choice, Knicks had their shooters out there playing VERY small Randle at C, DVC, IQ, Brunson, RJ is NOT our best defensive lineup. Probably should’ve tried to let bam take the last shot

I turned off the game when Heat went on a 19-0 run on the third and tuned back in when Knicks went on a 29-8 run, this league really is a game of runs huh
What a fucking game, knicks with one of the wildest comebacks I’ve seen in recent memory. They looked completely dead in the 3rd and just took over in the 4th and shut Miami down.

Its funny but inseason tourney got me interested in this game. Miami, Knicks, Cavs, Nets and even Bucks might be all fighting for a spot next Tuesday. Funny enough Miami, Knicks and Bucks can still end on a 3 way tie.

The Heat players are pathetic and need more Maturity. Lowry adebayo and butler all laughing when they were up 18, then all three couldn’t hit a shot in the 4th quarter. Serves them right. They for sure didn’t end up with the last laugh. Then again they did Becuase the Knicks are a professional bunch who are just doing their job. See Brunson and RJ torching JJJ / adebayo and just walking to the bench even-keeled
