On a total of 69 attempts players have only hit 19 threes over Herb Jones this season so far.

Out of 112 matchups, 41have attempted at least 1 three against Herb Jones. Only 41 of those 10have shot better than 33%

If we remove players who just took 1 three, only 5 players have shot better than 33% beyond the arc against Herb this season.

Not on Herb.

herb is undoubtedly one of the best defenders in the league, but 69 attempts is small sample size and three point defense numbers are notoriously noisy

eye test i say hes the best three point blocker in the league. Its kinda crazy how far he can collapse from and still block the shot. He is an otherworldly defender.

Hopefully if the Pels have more success this year it'll shed more light onto how good of a player Herb is. I hate the narrative from the past few years of "Luka/Tatum/(insert star player's name here) had an off night against the Pels." Na, they just had Herb on them and that's what happens
