Just clean your ears regularly if you go the iem route.

Just leave it be. It will go away on its own. It's like when you wake up with an imprint on your arm. It goes away in 1-2 hours.

It will go away on its own. It's impossible to actually dent your skull with headphones. Just ease off on the amount of time you use them or wear lighter/looser ones if you don't want that to keep happening. Or switch to IEMs.
