It will go away on its own. It's impossible to actually dent your skull with headphones. Just ease off on the amount of time you use them or wear lighter/looser ones if you don't want that to keep happening. Or switch to IEMs.

I mostly listen when I'm doing something else like working.
If I'm listening at home or working from home, I mostly use my Philips SHP 9500's because they're my only pair of headphones that are comfortable (both physically and sound-wise) for long listening sessions. But since I discovered IEMs I've been using them more and more at home.
In the office or out and about I use IEMs or wireless earbuds.
I think my SHP's sound like the opposite of tin cans. To me they feel like a warm hug for my ears every time I listen to them. I'm sensitive to treble and I love warm bass so these are perfect for me. Enjoy!
