Ironically you can throw another USC QB in that mix with Leinart, guy was the sure fire #1 and stayed his Snr year the fell to 10, obviously not a drop like Barkley but still significant at the time.

His draft stock is astronomical and staying in college another year risks missing out on millions of dollars. It's unlikely but you never know if you'll get a career ending injury. Get the bag while you can.
