It's really sad to see this. With the amazing measurements and the amazing price I just wish it could have better qc. If you can't get a replacement I recommend smsl or the topping a50s as they seem to have less issues. I'm getting the a50s tomorrow so I can tell you my experience.

Wow! That’s nice. I’m thinking about getting the smsl sh-6. I guess I’ll have to wait for your a50s

That sucks but hopefully you're getting a warranty?

Been running an OG L30 for over 2 years now. Going strong! No issues. Run it pretty low, -9dB and only a little about the halfway mark

I’ve only had mine since June 11th, but it’s always on and I’ve had no issues. Using it with an E30 first gen. It’s sometimes in preamp mode but always part of my Bluesound Node to E30 to L30 to Pioneer SX-780 chain.

Mine is going strong also. Although I noticed a channel imbalance when I’m in high gain but low on the dial. I typically run it in mid gain at about the 1-2pm mark for my Audio Technica ATH R70x. Though if mine were to burn up I would probably switch to a different amp. I will probably buy a Schiit next maybe.
