He's the only current one, but he's not the first. Dom Capers was the Panthers' winningest coach when he took over the expansion Texans, so after their first game he was the winningest for two franchises.

Except Paul Brown was after winning one game in Cincinnati. (And stayed there until until Sam Wyche). Congrats to Andy but it’s not the first time in history.

Yeah, I was gonna say that Paul Brown had to have done the same thing.

Edit: I could believe that Reid is the first to overtake someone else as the all time leader for two different teams.
