Has anyone experienced this on Sennheiser Momentum 4? (alien.top)

I recently purchased the Momentum 4 headphones and initially enjoyed the sound quality. However, on the second day, I started experiencing discomfort due to the internal parts of the jack pressing against my ear. What can I do to address this issue, and if a solution isn't possible, should I consider returning them and opting for the XM5 headphones instead?
