i kept this to strictly bigs aka 4/5 aka power forwards/ centers so for example LeBron is a pf but also a sf i omitted him from this hypothetical scenario ….also feel free to critique and change around the positions / starters / bench etc

East has better starters overall but West's bench is stacked so my bets are on the West

I think I like West more overall, but it'd be a fun game to watch.

By your own LeBron logic though, Lauri should be excluded since he plays a decent amount of minutes at SF, actually starts there when everyones healthy.
