every time it happens i wanna beat my head against the wall, it's genuinely infuriating
Me going "uhhhhhhh" as my brain reboots and my husband waits for me to log back into my brain.
It's simply too exhausting for the brain to concentrate on normal behavior like looking in the eyes, nod from time to time and smile convincing while also memorize conversation.
It's much easier to keep important things maintaining resting bitch face and ignoring dialogue partners completely.
Or, you know, relate my thoughts in an order that sounds logical to whomever my audience happens to be.
Man how do you stop this from happening? Shit's embarrassing.
