How to cancel contract upgrade (alien.top)

I've been trying to offramp to fiat but I'm being told that my contract is being upgraded. I'm given the option of waiting and prompting my guardian or cancelling the upgrade. When I try to cancel the upgrade nothing happens?

Follow these steps:

Enable your Google Drive Backup by going to Gear icon > Current Wallet > Google Drive backup
Remove your wallet from the app by going to Gear icon > Current Wallet > Wallet Management > Remove Wallet
Wait 5 mins then navigate to My Wallets > Add wallet > recover the wallet via Google Drive

This should remove the prompt and your wallet will be locked for 24h after a successful recovery.
