Follow these steps:

  1. Enable your Google Drive Backup by going to Gear icon > Current Wallet > Google Drive backup
  2. Remove your wallet from the app by going to Gear icon > Current Wallet > Wallet Management > Remove Wallet
  3. Wait 5 mins then navigate to My Wallets > Add wallet > recover the wallet via Google Drive

This should remove the prompt and your wallet will be locked for 24h after a successful recovery.

Hi, connect via our in-app browser. On your assets page, tap Utility, then write and visit the revoke.cash url.

Afterwards, connect using the Trust Wallet modal.

You are connecting via the in-app browser, right? If so, connect using Trust Wallet.

Please do not click links on the latest Twitter / X post.

If you did and connected your wallet, head to Revoke.cash and revoke all unknown permissions.

Be safe!

There is a minimum 125 USDT to off-ramp with AUD. I'm not totally sure for the exact amount Banxa takes. You should be getting a quote before checking out your withdrawal.

Any testers for our Banxa off-ramp?

Updates were released for Banxa integration and we're looking for testers on this feature.

You can use https://loopring.io to off-ramp your funds. Here's a guide on how to off-ramp via the web dapp.

Disclaimer: There will be no incentives for testing. You do not have to do this. If ever you are looking to off-ramp funds via Banxa, do write feedbacks on how the process went.

Thanks a bunch, LoopTroops!

Send a ticket on your Loopring wallet through Gear icon > Support

You can paste your wallet address to our explorer website https://explorer.loopring.io .

Then you can download a CSV file on the lower left portion of the website.

The Smart Wallet only stores transaction on the last 3 months. Beyond that, you'll need to check the explorer website.

How about clearing the browser cache?

Unfortunately you cannot get the step done as the support for Uniswap on Taiko A3 has been deprecated.

Version 3.4.2.259

is now available to be downloaded at the Play Store.

Do update your apps and let us know if there are any persisting problems.
