Hey Guys,

It's time to send my watch for service. I had visited the factory in Glasshutte (loved it) and live in the US. Did any of you have a good experience sending to Swatch Group U.S.? Or would they send the watch back to Germany?

I had a seaq panorama date that I had to send in for a full service. Took around 7 months from sending it off to having it back in hand. When I got it back there was a noticeable dust particle on the dial, so back to Germany it went. That one took around 3 months. Besides the dust and general slowness it was easy and transparent.

Thanks for sharing your experience. So, I was told to send the watch to CA, which I did overnight. They told me they only service the high-end watches in NJ, so off to NJ, it goes. I'll post here about my experience once completed.

Too late, but if you can tell the service center to send it to Germany, do it.

Read the reviews over on WUS. From earlier this year, no updates, and took 8 months to service a watch.
