Take pics. It's a weak point in their yoke / hinge design but likely fixable.

So, I glued it together with epoxy. It was the only strong "glue" I had. It works for now, with bit of a luck it will be ok.
So, the epoxy I used didn't hold very well, but I got a response from the support, and now I am able to buy the spare parts.
