If it was enough to piss off Cavill it's enough to piss off me. Netflix had something that truly could have taken on Game of Thrones and was too worried about offending someone.
Imho the worst that this show did was picking someone to do the screen writing who didn't care about anything but her own ambitions. Fuck the lore and original story right? Not like all the people eagerly waiting for the show for a year and hyping + doing basically marketing for the show for free AND a popular, expensive nerd actor actively trying to get the role had any passion for existing stuff! They were waiting for the screenwriter's interpretation, of course!

Completely agreed.i didn't want some assholes version who didn't like the source. I wanted the source material, on camera, with Cavill. That's more or less what we got with seasons 1 and 2, that's all we wanted to continue.
