What a fucking scumbag. You knew from the intro video with the theme song crested by SoundCloud’s cheapest rapper and the sports car flex. Really though, as a lawyer he understands that the full facts of the case aren’t out, he’s just “reacting” to the allegations like any other run of the mill schmuck. I want a lawyer’s unbiased opinion, I don’t want some asshole’s “react” video as if he’s a comic book guy unboxing a Funco Pop.

Legally correct - there's no proof they had sex unless one of them are willing to admit to it. And both parties likely have interest in not admitting to it - he doesn't want to go to jail or lose his job, and she will get paid to keep quiet.
That said, based on the timestamps of the stuff they posted online, it will be trivial to figure out if she's underage or not. If so, Giddey is forever fucked in the court of public opinion, and it puts the Thunder in a super weird spot.
I don't always love being the "well you clicked on it to complain" guy, but I honestly cannot imagine looking at the screengrab/title image above and thinking "Cannot wait to watch this for 7-30 minutes"
