Jordan Hawkins would like a word lol

Seriously I’m happy Jaquez is killing it, older college guys that aren’t crazy athletic always get shitted on when it comes to the draft so its refreshing to see an older guy w/a high IQ that plays the game the right way thrive. He went to the perfect team that would value what he brings to the table.

Ausar tho… 👀

He’s top 5 amongst rookies in total points, steals, and assist. He’s doing pretty alright.

Interested to see how this carries over when Jimmy and Tyler are back

He’s also 22 so comparing him to 19 and 20 year olds isnt always great

I mean we’re comparing Chet to these guys and he’s 21 lol. It all comes down to nba experience level

Anytime I tuned in during March, this man was a bucket. Plays ball the right way IMO.

As a Nuggets fan, I wanted Jaquez SOOOOO BAD last year in the draft. He was my guy. He would be incredible with Jokic. Absolutely incredible.

Dude has the humble confidence, honestly doesn't even look like a rookie, tho to be fair I haven't watched a lot of heat games, but he just looks comfortable in that system

He's shooting the ball from the arc better than Ausar Thompson, and his numbers are being put up on a winning team, so point to him on that.

But Ausar is rebounding the ball better and playing better defense. Playmaking is a toss up between them, but Triple J is doing it in fewer minutes.

There's certainly a case to be made for Triple J.
