Why does Instagram reels sound better than Spotify? (alien.top)

When I have my HD560S on listening to artists songs via reels on Instagram they sound amazing so I look them up on Spotify and they are just ok. I use the same headphones for both.

Meh. Poopoo Spotify. I dumped it for tidal. Tidal has no podcasts tho. Podcasts are still free on spotify btw, so you can listen to them there or everythings on apples podcasts or other apps. I still use spotify free for joe rogan podcast.
