Sounds like heaven
That sounds so nice
Honestly, by doing chores.
My day job has me sitting on my butt, stationary, for most of the day. Come the weekend I love getting up and enjoying moments of zen while I am physically active. Then, at the end of the day, I sit on my patio with a refreshing beverage and feel accomplished.
I just went to my favorite hairdresser, and it's always a pleasure. Finally feeling relaxed.
Somehow not at all. I do not even have kids. I might be doing something wrong.
Doing nothing is very restful. People used to get very confused when they would ask what I was doing for the weekend and I would say "nothing". They would then mention something going on and I would have to clarify that doing nothing was my plan and that I needed the downtime to recover.
