Okay, so it shows me how to create this menu... but what do I do with it? How do I upload it to my restaurant's website and integrate into my online ordering system? How do I forward it to doordash and grubhub?

Sorry for the confusion- by the time they are seeing this video, they have already bought the product, so they have a use case in mind (usually as a QR menu for their table, for advertising etc.)

It may work the way the video portrays. And there is nothing 'wrong' with the video -- technically speaking. However, you don't state the purpose or target audience for this video, nor at which point it is to be used.

The video assumes the visitor is completely converted into a customer at the point of watching. Fine if that is the case and adequately suited to task. Not if you're using this video for the purpose of conversion, promotion, or introduction.

In that case, it is typical tehno-wonkism, and suggests the company has a disdain for the marketing function. It's way too boring for anybody who isn't completely converted and using the app. As explicitly stated in the video, it is a how-to of features without benefits.

Manual entry for all menu items would be a turn-off for a lot of places.

They probably have the current menu organised, priced and described in some software (even just a sheet) so creating it again from scratch is a time-suck.

Didn't watch it all the way to the end but also didn't see anything about custom branding on the vid or homepage. That's important.

We are developing a menu import feature to address this concern, also they can upload their logo and choose a theme. Eventually we are working towards allowing users to create their own theme
