MAGA influencers erupted over the dual rulings, declaring that "activist judges" were subverting Trump's constitutional authority as commander-in-chief. "We have long reached the point where Trump needs to openly defy these judges. Some random federal judge has no authority to decide how and if troops are deployed," The Daily Wire's Matt Walsh posted. "At some point in time, the administration is going to have to tell these judges to go pound sand, or else we're not going to be seeing the promises fulfilled," MAGA enforcer Laura Loomer said in an interview with Axios.

These “influencers”, or propagandists to be concise, are encouraging the masses to ignorantly embrace the arbitrary rule of a vulgar conventionalist. They need the eradication of the Rule of Law, the dismantlement of Democracy and the Balkanisation of America to fulfill their twisted utopian vision of technofeudal fiefdoms.

Vulgar conventionalism is … that the life according to nature is the preserve of a small minority, of the natural elite, of those who are truly men and not [born] to be slaves. To be more precise, the summit of happiness is the life of the tyrant, of the man who has successfully committed the greatest crime by subordinating the city as a whole to his private good and who can afford to drop the appearance of justice or legality.

Natural Right and History, Leo Strauss.

Laura Loomer is such a trash human. She'll be making pennies when all this MAGA shit dies with Trump. 150k followers and an OnlyFans account with Mar-a-lago face porn is her future. Can't wait till that day.

I think they are trying to speed-run this shit because they have a feeling the guy might not be long for this world, and they probably think the base won't follow someone like "JD" or MagaMikey Johnson as they have the charisma of a wet rag.

They need to speed run it to get project 2025 cemented so upcoming elections are "virtual" and trump's rule is locked in.
Does not matter after that if the orange guy topples over, "they" elect who they choose outside of public influence.

At this point the idiots have won. Brain dead citizens are rooting for the authoritarian government to put the heels to everyone because it will hurt somebody they don’t agree with or like.

Idiots ruled by rich fascist idiots.

For them. If the Dems ever manage to win an election. These same people well scream and yell if they did the same.

[–] Typhoon@lemmy.ca 1 points 3 days ago

Good. They need to be reminded that it goes both ways. They need to be reminded that we limit those powers because anyone can use them and it's better if no one has them.

Yes, Daddy Trump, do it. Keep giving judges excuses to order your arrest for contempt. Eventually, a judges patience will run out and they will remember their oath.

Lol, if only

At any point, a judge who had a ruling ignored can order his arrest and can deputize as many people as they want to carry out the arrest.

There's nothing stopping a judge from arresting the president besides fear.
