I think they are trying to speed-run this shit because they have a feeling the guy might not be long for this world, and they probably think the base won't follow someone like "JD" or MagaMikey Johnson as they have the charisma of a wet rag.

At any point, a judge who had a ruling ignored can order his arrest and can deputize as many people as they want to carry out the arrest.
There's nothing stopping a judge from arresting the president besides fear.
