RIP to a legend. Besides his always-on-sunglasses, i'll remember him as the reason why we had DOA beach volleyball, and why everyone was obsessed with jiggle physics in the mid-2000s. Not sure if that's how he wants to be remembered, but that's what's burned into my brain.

I never played the DOA Beach Volleyball, but I loved the Summer Heat Beach Volleyball, mostly because of a Kylie Minogue song on it. (Then there was you) Now every time I hear that song it makes me think of summer.
Was there a DOA that wasn't chicks playing Volleyball? I heard they invented entirely new boob physic simulations for that one
Yeah, the volleyball was a spinoff of the well-regarded fighting game series, which pioneered the jiggle physics.
I had another thought about itagaki. He's like if Tommy Wiseau got into games instead of film (and he found out that he was better at making games than film)
Their styles certainly are similar.
