I mean I downloaded it to see what Zorin 18 looked like. Didn’t get far when my keyboard stopped working in the VM

Ubuntu LTS based distro. Heavily customized Gnome to make it more familiar for those coming from windows. They have a paid support tier for some business and enterprise features.

a big issue for open-source is funding, I don't see having a pro version as an issue when all you get for pro is basically a few more themes and tech support.

It's still a giant leap in the right direction switching from Windows

I have no problem with them monetizing, I'm pointing out why they might advertise.
