Judging by the cowboy hat and muddin' in the background I'm betting everyone involved is ok with eating Crackers.
Is that truck on a mount in the middle of the mud. The tires look.... Removed.

No, that's the frame sticking down and touching the water. You can kind of see the tops of the tires above the "mud". It's basically monster truck sized.
Your all wrong the background is fake it either a painting or a drawing of some kind. I have no clue what going on with background except this pic been photoshop.
The monster truck tires are 2/3rds submerged in the mud. It's just hard to make out the tires as they are completely covered with mud on top. Check out the tire on the right.
